Absence recording and monitoring
Occupational Medicals provides a web based system for employees to record their own absences. Absence threshold levels are agreed with the employer and set to provide automatic triggers when an employee’s recorded absence level breaches the threshold. The system can recognise frequent absence, abnormal trends and prolonged periods of absence. Automated notification to the employer is available when breaches of the pre-determined absence threshold levels are triggered.
This system provides a robust method of recording and monitoring work absence and whether this is authorised and certificated.
