Absence Tracker
Absence Tracker
Occupational Medicals can provide an early warning system of atypical work absence and investigates instances to determine whether the work absence is appropriate or whether early treatment or work adjustments will help return the employee to work more quickly.
The assessments are undertaken by health professionals who are skilled in recognising typical absence patterns for the different medical conditions and are able to advise an employer how an employee’s return to work can be expedited.
