We conduct employment screening, the majority of which can be undertaken by using a questionnaire-based assessment with less than 10% of cases requiring further assessment by a health professional. Such an approach has been shown to reduce future issues relating to work absence and work performance, and ensures the employer is complying with current legislation by providing appropriate work adjustments to those employees with specific disabilities.
