Workplace Risk Assessment
When proposing our on-site services to new clients, we recommend that an initial workplace risk assessment is undertaken. This provides a good ‘baseline’ from which to employ occupational health services.
By identifying and reducing workplace risks associated, employers can reduce their liability in case of insurance claims. The assessment involves an occupational health physician assessing the site for possible medical risks, accompanied by the company’s health and safety representative.
Benefits of this service include:
- You can better understand the risks associated with your workplace
- We can recommend that employees are transferred to other duties as a strategy for helping them back to work.
- We can help you prevent future problems
The risk assessment report can also act as a foundation for future health surveillance programmes.
